Signia’s newest technology is called Augmented Focus™. It has updated eWindScreen and AX Soundscape Processing. Signia Pure Charge&Go T AX hearing aids can help people with mild to very bad hearing loss. They fit in the ear and have a rechargeable battery. With one charge, you can listen for 36 hours.
The Signia Pure 312 AX is similar. It has the same good sound processing but uses a disposable 312 battery. It also has a sleek design that fits in the ear.

Styletto AX is a slim hearing aid that fits in the ear. It works for mild to severe hearing loss. Its rechargeable battery can last up to 20 hours per charge. You can charge it at home or on the go. The small charging case uses wireless technology, so you can place it on a charging pad instead of plugging it in.
