Link Audiology is an audiology and hearing aid clinic with expert audiologists who provide comprehensive hearing care services, hearing tests, aural rehabilitation, tinnitus evaluations, and other hearing care services for adults and children in Washington. Our clinics are located in Silverdale, WA, and Vashon, WA.
Link Audiology was founded by Dr. Natalie Souza and Dr. Evan Grolley in 2015. Both audiologists attended graduate school together.
They decided to start an audiology practice when they noticed a gap in audiology services in Kitsap County, specifically in pediatrics, auditory processing, and newborn hearing screenings.
Dr. Grolley and Dr. Souza saw an opportunity to serve a broader segment of the community beyond the prevalent workers’ compensation claims associated with the nearby Puget Sound shipyards.
Since opening, Link Audiology has expanded its hearing solutions and now provides bone-anchored hearing devices and cochlear implants.
The same desire to serve more people led to the opening of its first satellite location on Vashon Island, a small community with only one physician’s office and no audiologist.
Link Audiology will soon open its third clinic in University Place, WA.
By bringing expertise in audiology and hearing care services to these underserved areas, Link Audiology aims to enhance access to quality hearing care for all members of the community.

Evan Grolley, Au.D. is an audiologist and founding member of Link Audiology providing hearing aids, hearing tests, and professional hearing care in Washington. His clinical expertise includes audiometric testing, diagnostics, and therapeutic treatments.
Madeline Henry, Au.D. is an audiologist providing hearing aids, hearing tests, hearing conservation programs, and professional hearing care in Silverdale, WA. Her clinical expertise includes diagnostics, hearing conservation, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.
Kaitlin Rink, Au.D. is an audiologist providing hearing aids, hearing tests, cochlear implant consultations, and professional hearing care in both Silverdale, WA and University Place, WA. Her clinical expertise includes cochlear implants and diagnostics.
Natalie Souza, Au.D. is an audiologist and co-founder of Link Audiology. Dr. Souza no longer sees patients at Link Audiology as she has moved out of the country but still works remotely with us on various projects.
