Widex Hearing Aids

At Link Audiology, we offer high-quality Widex hearing aids at our three Washington locations: Silverdale, Vashon, and University Place.

Widex is a leader in using artificial intelligence (AI) for hearing aids. They learned that to get great sound, both human intelligence and AI must work together. They have created products that give a clear and natural sound. Their solutions for managing tinnitus have options for fractal tones or broadband noises to mask your tinnitus when it’s most bothersome.

The Widex SmartRIC is a new kind of hearing aid that works really well in tough places. It has a special L-shape that fits nicely higher on the ear. This helps you hear better, even when it’s noisy. The battery lasts up to 37 hours, so you can hear all day without stopping.

The portable charger gives you enough power for over a week, making it easy to use anywhere. It ensures you never miss anything important. The special microphone cover reduces annoying background noise, helping you hear more clearly and stay focused.

Unique Perks and Features:

  • App: The SmartRIC works perfectly with the Moment app. It uses Soundsense Learn technology to adjust the sound just for you. This means it can change based on what you like and where you are, making your listening experience better.

Widex Moment BTE

For years, Widex has used artificial intelligence (AI) in its hearing aids to improve sound. They learn what people like to hear and use this to make their technology. SoundSense Learn is their special AI feature that uses Machine Learning. It figures out the best hearing settings for you based on your input. As SoundSense Learn gets smarter, it gets faster at finding the best sound for each person.

Widex Moment is a behind-the-ear (BTE) device for people with mild to very severe hearing loss. It uses either a rechargeable battery or a size 13 disposable battery.

Unique Perks and Features:

  • Bluetooth: Connectivity and streaming are available for both iPhone & Android devices.

  • Tinnitus Relief: The Zen programs help manage tinnitus. They use special fractal tones and other masking sounds to make tinnitus less noticeable.

Widex Moment CROS

Not all hearing aids are the same. Widex is a leader in hearing aids with its CROS technology. Single-sided deafness can make it hard to find where sounds come from and hear in noisy places. The Widex CROS helps with this. It gives a clear sound with little distortion or echo. A CROS works by wearing a transmitter on the ear that hears poorly. The sounds from the transmitter go wirelessly to a hearing device on the ear that hears better.

The Widex CROS is made for people with hearing loss in one ear, called single-sided deafness (SSD). It can be used as a true CROS or BiCROS if there is hearing loss in both ears. Widex CROS uses advanced battery-saving technology, using three times less power than other wireless CROS devices.

The CROS is currently compatible with the EVOKE family hearing aids.

Widex Moment ITE

Getting a perfect fit for hearing aids can be hard, but Widex’s custom in-the-ear (ITE) devices help. They make hearing aids that fit your ear exactly. All Widex ITE and completely-in-canal (CIC) hearing aids work automatically, letting you hear clear and natural sounds without having to adjust them.

Widex Moment ITE hearing aids are good for people with mild to moderately severe hearing loss. You can choose size 10 or 312 disposable batteries. The battery life depends on the severity of the hearing loss, how often you use the hearing aid, and how often you stream audio. Widex says the average battery life is between 105 and 150 hours.

Unique Perks and Features:

  • Tailored Fit: Custom products that are designed to be tailored to your ear anatomy
  • Connectivity: You can use streaming and Bluetooth to control programs and volume with a DEX device or the TONELINK™ app.
  • Tinnitus Relief: The Zen programs help manage tinnitus. They use special sounds called fractal tones and other masking options to make tinnitus less noticeable.
