Link Audiology is independently owned and operated by Dr. Evan Grolley and Dr. Natalie Souza. We founded our clinic with the principles of community service and evidence-based practice at its core. Evan Grolley, AuD, CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Evan Grolley is an audiologist and founding member of Link Audiology, LLC. Dr. Grolley was raised in Niskayuna, NY. He received his B.S. in Neurosciences from Lafayette College in 2005. After working as a research assistant in the surgical ICU at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NY for 2 years, he left to attend the Doctorate in Audiology program at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
While pursuing his degree, Dr. Grolley had the privilege of working on several research projects that examined behavioral and physiological responses to extremely high frequencies and may influence the way hearing is tested in the near future. He also occupied his free time playing guitar with a rock and roll cover band in the Chicago area.
Upon graduating, Dr. Grolley worked as an audiologist with Chicago ENT before he was recruited as Director of Professional Relations at Vocal Labs in Centralia, WA. He has presented his research on otoacoustic emissions at the Academy for Research in Otolaryngology annual meeting and has been published as a co-author in Ear and Hearing. Dr. Grolley brings his expertise in audiometric testing, diagnostics, and therapeutic treatments to Link Audiology, LLC.

Natalie Souza, AuD, CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Souza was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. As a military spouse and a mother, Dr. Souza has had the opportunity to live all over the country and experience the benefits and challenges of being a military dependent navigating various health care systems. Her goal is to provide patients with thorough and individualized care. She believes that the ability to communicate with those around us is crucial for overall well-being.
Dr. Souza received her Bachelors in Linguistics from the University of Oregon and studied Speech and Hearing Science at Portland State University. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Audiology from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. While pursuing her degree, Dr. Souza completed her externship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, where she also became involved with Mayflower Medical Outreach’s ongoing humanitarian audiology projects in Nicaragua. Upon graduation, she remained involved with MMO and helped manage the International Humanitarian Hearing Aid Purchasing Program. She has been a guest lecturer for the World Health Organization, a co-author of research on advanced in-ear calibration presented at the Academy for Research in Otolaryngology’s Midwinter Meetings, and was recently published in the Journal of the Acoustic Society of America.
Dr. Souza helped found Link Audiology, LLC, with her passion for community involvement and humanitarian work at the heart of its mission. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, hiking, cooking, and discovering everything Washington has to offer.
