Swim Plugs

Available in a variety of materials and colors, we carry custom swim plugs and one-size-fits-most styles. Many of our swim plugs even float! Your ear is modeled using a silicone impression material, and the custom swim plugs are built to fit your ear based on the impression. Use your custom swim plugs for all kinds of water activities… from long distance swimming to just splashing around in the pool or bath. These are often recommended for those with Pressure Equalization (PE) tubes in the ear.

Assistive Listening Devices

We offer a wide range of Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs). Let us help you find the solution that works best for you, including wireless systems that work with your hearing aids, analog amplifiers for low-demand listening, specialized telephones that caption the caller’s voice for you (CapTel and CaptionCall), and TV specific headphones.

Batteries

We carry all sizes of hearing aid batteries and cochlear implant batteries. We even carry rechargeable hearing aid batteries. Then check out our care plan packages (see below), which include replacement parts and in-office services for 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years (up to 15% savings on typical retail cost).

Repairs

All our hearing aids come with a three-year warranty, which includes any repairs that may be needed AND loss/damage coverage. You may purchase extended warranty packages for an additional fee. We also offer in-house repairs for out of warranty devices for a small fee. If we are unable to fix the problem on-site, we can send them to the manufacturer for you and ensure they are working and programmed correctly once off-site repairs are made.

We test all hearing aids using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications and have been properly programmed to your preferred settings before you receive them.

Hearing Aid Care Plans

Our hearing aid prices are unbundled, so they do not include follow-up care or replacement parts. But we offer a variety of hearing aid care plans that include batteries, replacement parts, in-office repairs, and annual hearing rechecks. You can pick the plan that works best for you, or pay as you go. We’ll even cover our competitors’ hearing aids under these care plans as we work with all major hearing aid manufacturers. A discount is applied for rechargeable hearing aids since batteries are not needed.
